Antique Canadian hand-held flag (pre-1929) showing Province's Coats of Arms - $250
Shown is an old flag showing the coats of arms of Canada's 9 provinces (yes, 9 provinces, as Newfoundland had not yet joined Confederation when this flag was made).
This flag dates from 1905 (when Saskatchewan and Alberta joined Confederation) to 1929 (as it shows Nova Scotia's old coat of arms which changed in 1929)
...the flag measures approximately 24" x 19 1/4"
....has a stick attached for waving the flag (but the stick is broken)
...very hard to find piece of Canadian history
